1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect and why
Only what you send through the booking form: name, phone, car make and model, your message and, if you attach them, photos of the damage. We use them to reply, prepare an indicative estimate and agree on a visit. No profiling, no automated decisions.
3. Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. How long we keep them
Up to twelve months after the last contact, then deleted — unless a legal duty (tax or warranty, for instance) requires keeping them longer.
5. Who else sees them
Nobody outside the workshop. Vercel Inc. acts as our processor for hosting and storing the requests. Vercel may process data in the United States: the transfer relies, where applicable, on the EU-U.S. adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) through Vercel Inc.'s certification, and otherwise on the standard contractual clauses of Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, module 2. Requests are stored encrypted.
WhatsApp. When you submit the form, the site opens a WhatsApp conversation containing your name, phone, the chosen service and, if attached, links to the photos. You send it yourself from your own phone, and the chat is governed by the terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, call us at +34 607 41 29 34 — the form request reaches us either way.

6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact email. If you believe we handled it poorly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
